I am happy to communicate with you prior to the survey taking place to discuss your requirements or concerns regarding the property or to help decide which report will be appropriate for you. I will also give you a call on the day the survey has been completed to give a brief run down of my findings if this is something that you require.

I am the sole director of Ribble Home Surveys and carry out all of our Home Survey reports. I graduated with a Building Surveying degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2004 and have worked in residential property surveying since. I became and Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2005 and have recently become a Member of the Residential Property Surveyors and Valuers Association.
I have extensive experience of surveying a wide range of residential properties throughout the North-West of England. I believe in providing you with a quality report to assist with your purchasing decision.
